Sexy Stretch by Theresa presents THE PINK FLEX RESET (Cincinnati)

This October, Sexy Stretch by Theresa goes PINK! Join us for The Pink Flex Reset, a special edition stretch and self-care experience. Grab your yoga mat and join us for The Pink Flex Reset at the beautiful Collier Luxe Events Center in Colerain Township. This 60-minute wellness experience is designed to help you slow down, stretch deeply, release tension, and give your body the intentional care it deserves. Set in the signature Sexy Stretch by Theresa atmosphere—low lighting, soulful R&B and neo-soul sounds, feel-good energy, good people, and a special pink giveaway—this experience gives you permission to step away from everything competing for your attention and pour some of that care back into yourself. Whether you’re new to stretching, haven’t stretched in a while, or already make mobility part of your wellness routine, Theresa will guide you through approachable movements that can be adjusted to meet your body where it is. Space is limited. Reserve your ticket and get ready to enjoy the The Pink Flex Reset. This is self-care that actually lasts. DON’T FORGET TO WEAR YOUR PINK! Smile, You May Be on Camera! We love capturing the Sexy Stretch experience! Photos and video may be taken during class and used on Sexy Stretch by Theresa social media and other promotional materials. By attending, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed or recorded for these purposes.
