In Response invites you to engage contemporary art as a starting point for mindfulness, reflection, and meaningful connection at moCa Cleveland. Slow down, reconnect, and discover the restorative power of making. Inspired by works on view in moCa Cleveland's galleries, this guided, hands-on workshop invites you to explore creativity as a tool for reflection, mindfulness, and well-being—no artistic experience required. Through simple materials and thoughtful prompts, you'll create in a welcoming, judgment-free environment designed to reduce stress and spark curiosity. Space is limited; advance registration is recommended. Following the gallery engagement, you will transition into a hands-on art-making experience focused on process rather than perfection, encouraging creative response, emotional awareness, and self-expression. Offered on the third Thursday of each month, the series welcomes both first-time and returning participants. Come as you are, and respond in your own way.
