October brings something completely different to Fitness & Fellowship—Fitness Drumming! October brings something completely different to Fitness & Fellowship—Fitness Drumming! Because this activity requires special equipment, we are offering three sessions: Monday, October 12, at 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and Tuesday, October 13, at 1:00 PM. Jenny Burris will lead us in this fun combination of music, movement, and exercise, with options for both seated and standing participation. Advance registration is required so we can make sure we have enough equipment for everyone. Sign up using the QR code or call the church office at 321-783-0582. If Mondays haven’t worked with your schedule, here’s your chance to join us on Tuesday! Come give it a try—and bring a friend.
