Monthly Beach Yoga

Energizing all-levels beach yoga to welcome the day with movement, breath, and ocean vibes. Last Friday of each month at Paradise Beach. Beach Yoga at Paradise Beach (Monthly Friday Class) Start your Friday with an energizing all-levels beach yoga flow. Whether you are a beginner or well practiced yogi, this morning flow is for YOU. We’ll move with the rhythm of the waves, awaken the body, open the breath, and ground into calm clarity before stepping into the day. Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and a peaceful oceanfront savasana. This class takes place at sunrise — a magnificent way to begin your day and gently activate your circadian rhythm as you awaken with the sun. My teaching style blends a variety of yoga and movement techniques designed to help students get the most out of their practice — incorporating lymphatic drainage, fascia release, mindful breathing, present-moment awareness, balance work, strength building, and stretches that enhance both flexibility and mobility.
