Star Circle: Into the New - A Year of Possibility

A year-end women’s circle to honor how far you’ve come, release what you’re ready to leave behind, and welcome the possibilities ahead. As one year comes to a close and another begins, give yourself time to pause, reflect, and recognize how far you’ve come. Into the New: A Year of Possibility is a special Star Circle with energy healer and somatic breathwork facilitator Rochi Valderrama. Together, we’ll honor the experiences that have shaped the year, acknowledge our growth, and express gratitude for what we’ve lived. Through guided reflection, meditation, breathwork, and symbolic rituals, you’ll have space to transform your inner realizations into meaningful experiences of closure, renewal, and intention-setting. The rituals will be at the heart of the circle, helping you honor what you’re ready to leave behind, reconnect with your inner power, and consciously welcome the possibilities of a new year. In this circle, you’ll have space to: • Look back on the year and recognize how far you’ve come • Acknowledge your growth, choices, and moments of courage • Express gratitude for the experiences that shaped you • Release what you no longer wish to carry into your next chapter • Reconnect with your inner wisdom and strength • Set intentions for the possibilities ahead You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Come as you are, and give yourself permission to honor the year behind you and step toward what’s next with greater presence and intention. No previous experience with meditation, breathwork, or energy work is needed. You’re welcome to participate at the level that feels right for you.
