This class introduces a series of yoga postures designed to harmonize the body's chakra system, accompanied by vocalizations that energize each chakra. We'll also explore various pranayama techniques (focused breathing exercises) to regulate and balance our mental and emotional states. Prana Yoga is a gentle form of Hatha Yoga suitable for beginners, those recovering from injury or illness, and anyone seeking a balanced, mindful practice.Event is sponsored by the Yablon Cancer Health & Wellness Program.
