Ready to unwind and recharge? Come experience a relaxing Yin Yoga session paired with the soothing sounds of singing bowls. This in-person event is for anyone seeking a calming environment to relax their nervous system, rest deeply, quiet the mind, become present in the body, and allow the nourishment of sound and presence to meet you as you are. Bring your mat, wear comfy clothes, and get ready to relax your body and mind. Bring a friend, or come alone. This event is a safe space for all.
