One night of yoga, recovery, and community with YogaSix Nine Mile + Restore Hyper Wellness Erie! You’ll rotate between a 30-minute Yin/Restore yoga class and a Restore recovery sampler featuring red light therapy, cryotherapy, and compression therapy. Afterward, we’ll come together for light snacks and time to connect. Plus, every participant leaves with 4 Restore credits and 3 YogaSix class credits to keep the wellness going!
