In this class, you'll learn how to layer flavors using a wide variety of spices, vegetables, and herbs to create delectable, spoon-licking curries and everyone's favorite sauce-soaking bread: naan! Come explore the techniques and ingredients that make Punjabi cuisine so comforting, vibrant, and unforgettable. Class Menu: -Saggwala Paneer (Spinach Cheese Curry) -Masoor Dal (Red Lentil Curry) -Murgh Makhani (Butter chicken) -Garlic Naan -Basmati Rice -Green Chutney What to Expect: In Each Class, you will learn: -Basic Knife Skills -How to follow a recipe -Where to find and utilize the ingredients -How to build flavor -How to Feel Confident in the Kitchen Work alongside Chef Cass to complete the recipes and finish simultaneously.
