About this event
Welcome a new season under the harvest moon on a peaceful, private farm. Find rest, reflection, and connection to nature as summer turns to fall on our 63-acre farm. Follow gentle guided movement and mindfulness practices led by experts: Melissa Godwin, Registered Yoga Teacher (Durham, NC) Kim Buchanan, Healing Tones (Roxboro, NC) Sit by the bonfire after the activities and take in the glow of the full moon. Bring a mat and wear comfortable layers. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Light refreshments will be available for purchase. No alcohol, smoking/vaping, or weapons are permitted.
