Twelve teams of talented culinary students from the Culinary Institute by Southwest University will battle it out to create mouthwatering dishes paired with craft beer and premium still and sparkling wines. The competition will feature top-quality ingredients, elevating each team's dish to the next level. We’re also excited to include thoughtfully selected beer, adding depth to the tasting experience and bringing out new dimensions in each dish. This is more than just a competition—it's a celebration of flavors that will delight your palate with every sip and bite!
