Unwind with soothing yoga and meditation by candlelight, all while supporting Boca Helping Hands! Candlelight Yoga & Meditation Join us in person for a relaxing evening of yoga and meditation by candlelight! This peaceful event is all about unwinding and recharging your mind and body while supporting a great cause. All levels encouraged. Do your body, mind and spirit a favor and spend a night with us in unity for our community. A ticket and a food item is all we ask. 75% of the proceeds goes to Boca Helping Hands, making your practice not just good for you but good for the community too. Bring your mat, your good vibes, maybe a sweatshirt or blanket for the meditation and get ready for some calm and connection overlooking Lake Boca and the Atlantic. This is our 4th year supporting Boca Helping Hands and this year we are doing a general food drive. The list of most needed items are: Beans Canned Fruits Canned Meat Canned Vegetables Cereal Boxes Granola Bars Canned Soup Crackers Canned Fish Jelly Boxed/Canned Milk Pasta Peanut Butter Powdered Juice Rice We look forward to sharing an evening breathing, moving and connecting with you.
