An introductory community health workshop focused on Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) Lovella Calica leads an introductory community health workshop focused on Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), a series of movement-based exercises designed to help the body release muscular tension and stress. The workshop will include an overview of TRE, gentle movements and exercises, a guided shaking practice, and time for reflection and debrief. Participants will be supported throughout the session in a safe and controlled environment. What to Bring: Comfortable clothing and anything you may need to lie comfortably on the floor. We have 20 yoga mats available on-site. If you have a yoga mat of your own, please bring it with you. Thank you! Venue: Hyde Park Art Center - Main Gallery
