Guided Meditation with Camille

Unwind at the end of your week with guided meditation, mindfulness, and breath exercises! We're opening the space on November 12 at 7 PM to take a step back and engage in mindfulness practices! Camille Smith, a wellness and mindful living teacher, will be leading guided meditation. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, small rug, or anything else that feels comfortable to spread out on. Camille Smith is a writer, meditation teacher, and content creator focused on mindful living. Camille guides in-person and virtual meditation and mindfulness classes to help artists, creatives, and anyone with artistic interests live more calm and meaningful lives. As a content creator, Camille bridges the gap between wellness and poetic expression to touch individuals and create a thoughtful community online. Through her own personal development journey, Camille found solace in a regular meditation practice that calmed her body and mind as she navigated through life's challenges. Currently, Camille guides meditations, both online and in-person, and uses her online platforms to share practical wellness tips, mindfulness exercises, and examples of mindful living to uplift and inspire. She is based in Chicago, IL but travels frequently to expand her vision of herself and the world.
