Taught by obstetric nurses, this class helps expectant parents understand the entire birth process. Taught by obstetric nurses, this class helps expectant parents understand the entire birth process, including coping with third-trimester discomforts, how to know when you are in labor, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, options for pain relief, and how to care for yourself postpartum. This class also includes a free OB Tour. Pre-registration is required. Questions? Call 864-797-1020. Note: Light snacks provided
