Join us for Flow for a Cause, a fun yoga fundraiser supporting the Reeve Foundation: stretch, sweat, mingle, and give back! Flow for a Cause: Yoga Fundraiser Benefiting the Reeve Foundation Join us for an hour of yoga with a purpose; every mat, stretch, and breath goes toward supporting the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation as I train for the NYC Marathon. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying your first downward dog, all levels are welcome. This is about community, movement, and coming together for a cause that changes lives. What to expect: • A 1-hour guided yoga class led by instructor Erica Velazquez • Small bites and drinks after class • Giveaways throughout the event • A chance to support spinal cord injury research and care while doing something good for yourself too The cause: 100% of proceeds go toward my NYC Marathon fundraising goal for the Reeve Foundation, an organization dedicated to curing spinal cord injury through research and improving quality of life for people living with paralysis.
