Welcome to Chell's Charcuterie Holiday Wreath Class at Paradise Hills Vineyard and Winery Chell's Charcuterie Holiday Wreath Workshop at Paradise Hills Vineyard Join us this holiday season for a festive and delicious experience—our Chell's Charcuterie Holiday Wreath Workshop in the beautiful Paradise Hills Vineyard & Winery Whether you’re a beginner or have some charcuterie experience, this hands-on class will guide you in creating a stunning and edible holiday wreath board. Perfect as a centerpiece for your holiday gatherings or as a thoughtful hostess gift, your charcuterie wreath will impress guests and spread holiday cheer. We will make salami Christmas trees, salami roses, tomato hearts and more! I will have sugar cranberries and fresh roesemary to desihn your masterpiece. We will have a bag to transport your board home. What’s Included: • A large 14" bamboo wreath board • Four artisan cheeses • Two premium cured meats • Fresh herbs, sugar cranberries, and fresh rosemary • Fresh and dried seasonal fruits • Holiday-themed accessories to complete your masterpiece **Tools are not included to take home. They will be collected after class.
