Prepared Childbirth Classes Two (2) Part Series Join us for the Prepared Childbirth Method class—designed to help expectant parents feel confident, informed, and empowered as they prepare for labor, delivery, and life with a newborn. This 2-part series provides both physical and psychological preparation for childbirth. Topics included: • Anatomy and physiology of labor • Breathing and relaxation techniques • Pain management options, including medications and fetal monitoring • Introduction to breastfeeding and newborn care Location:Health Education Center1725 Western AvenueSan Bernardino, CA 92411 Time:10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Class Dates (Choose one session series): • Jan. 23 & 30 • Feb. 20 & 27 • Mar. 6 & 13 • Apr. 10 & 17 • May 1 & 8 • June 5 & 12 • July 17 & 24 • Aug. 7 & 14 • Sept. 4 & 11 • Oct. 2 & 9 • Nov. 6 & 13 • Dec. 4 & 11 Important Information: • Registration is required. • Call (909) 806-1816 to ask about virtual class options. • Classroom space is limited to the expectant person and one support partner. • We are unable to accommodate nursing students in this class.
