Cook The Book: A Middle Eastern Meal from Shuk

Hands on. You will be cooking with a small team in this class. Age Restrictions For ages 13 & up Description Create a simple and satisfying, Middle Eastern-inspired meal with recipes taken from the pages of Shuk, the most recent cookbook by Chef and Restaurateur Einat Admony. You'll work with a small team to create a tasty tomato and tahini salad; braise chicken with olives and citrus; discover how easy it can be to produce a Persian rice dish; and enjoy an orange-infused cake for your grand finale. As class ends, you'll sit down to enjoy every bite. For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. The recipes in this class come from Shuk: From Market to Table by Einat Admony. Chef Admony will not be participating in this class.
