Make & Take: French Macarons

Hands on. You will be cooking with a small team in this class. Age Restrictions For ages 13 & up Description You'll make the batter and the buttercream fillings; pipe out these dainty French treats; and while they bake, fill some pre-baked shells with an assortment of seasonal fillings. By the end of class, you'll have mastered the art of the macaron! You'll leave class with 12 macarons with assorted fillings to enjoy. For ages 13 & up. Children 13 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. Menu You'll make: • Macaron batter and seasonal fillings You'll fill: • Macaron shells with an assortment of seasonal fillings You'll take: • 12 macarons that you made in class with you Safety & Precautions • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School. • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
