A safe space for connection and support. All are welcome. 18+ Emotional Sobriety is the practice of harnessing the strength to be able to sit with all of our thoughts and feelings without letting then control us. What happens at a meeting? We reflect on the difficult experiences and feelings that we try to avoid with life's distractions. We also celebrate all types of life wins and foster hope along the way. How do we being to respond instead of react? How do we break the cycles that we feel may be holding us back? Join us every Monday (except the 1st Monday of each month) to navigate life together - as a community. All are welcome. 18+ as topics can get mature.
