Surrounded by Sound: Aerial Sound Meditation

Rest in an aerial hammock as singing bowls and gongs surround you with sound in this immersive and expansive meditative experience. Surrounded by Sound: An Aerial Sound Meditation Imagine settling into a soft aerial hammock, letting it support you while the sounds of singing bowls, gongs and other sound instruments move through the space around you. Surrounded by Sound is an invitation to pause, rest, and experience sound from a different perspective. As you relax in the hammock, you’ll be surrounded by an immersive sound meditation. There’s no movement to learn and no particular way you need to feel. Simply get comfortable and receive the experience in your own way. Join us on Friday, October 23, from 7–8:30 PM at Switchboard Studio and Gallery, upstairs above Columbia Kettleworks. Come as you are and give yourself an evening to be held by the hammock and surrounded by sound.
