Luxury Sound Bath

Give yourself permission to pause. Step into a peaceful sanctuary where for 75 minutes, there's nothing to do, nowhere to go, and nobody to take care of but yourself. Unlike a traditional sound bath on a yoga mat, you'll be welcomed onto a luxurious 4-inch CertiPUR-US® certified memory foam mattress, complete with a soft cotton fitted sheet, neck pillow, bolster, cozy blanket, and a warm heated eye mask. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to help you completely relax from the moment you arrive. As you settle in, you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of our collection of quartz crystal singing bowls, therapeutic sound instruments, and Luna (our handcrafted Italian Grotta Sonora gong). The rich layers of sound gently wash over you, inviting your mind to quiet, your body to soften, and your nervous system to unwind. Many guests leave feeling deeply relaxed, mentally refreshed, and more connected to themselves. While every experience is unique, sound baths are often enjoyed as a way to reduce stress, calm the mind, promote relaxation, and create space for stillness and renewal. Following your experience, you're invited to linger a little longer with a warm cup of organic tea, allowing yourself time to gently return before stepping back into your day. Whether you're carrying the weight of a busy week, seeking a moment of self-care, or simply craving deep rest, our Luxury Sound Bath offers a peaceful escape designed to nourish both body and mind. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle comfortably into the space. Classes begin promptly, and doors are locked once the session starts to maintain a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for all guests. Late entry is not permitted. Thank you for understanding! We look forward to welcoming you.
