Now, give yourself permission to pause. Life asks a lot of us. Whether you're leading, caregiving, serving your community, supporting your family, or simply navigating the pace of everyday life, it's easy to lose sight of your own wellbeing. The Restore • Reconnect • Rest Series is a monthly invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself through intentional restorative practices in a welcoming community. Each gathering features a different pathway to restoration—such as gentle movement, creative expression, mindfulness, reflection, or other restorative practices—and concludes with a deeply restorative sound bath. Together, these experiences are designed to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, restore your energy, and cultivate sustainable practices that support your wellbeing long after each session ends. This isn't about doing more. It's about creating space to simply be. Whether you're a leader, educator, caregiver, helping professional, nonprofit professional, or someone longing for a little more peace in your life, you are welcome here.
