Learn to connect your breath, core, and pelvic floor at a FREE workshop led by PT Megan Berrill at The Willow Conservatory. Join pelvic floor physical therapist Megan Berrill for a free workshop designed to help you understand and engage your pelvic floor in a supportive, approachable way. You’ll learn how to connect your breath, core, and pelvic floor, test your knowledge with some trivia, and leave with practical tools you can use every day. We’re even including a glass of wine to make the evening even sweeter! Bring a friend and enjoy a relaxed night of learning and laughs.
