RPGT4 Geocaching Weekend 2026

The 4th Annual Richmond Parks & Recreation Geocaching Weekend. Attend events, meetups, find new geocaches, & earn a new souvenir. Celebrate the 4th Annual Richmond KY Parks & Recreation Geocaching Weekend and the launch of RPGT4 (our 4th GeoTrail). • 30+ new geocaches will be launched • Previous year's Passport, geocaches, and souvenir are available through October 31st How to Participate: • Have a smartphone or GPS device • Create a Geocaching.com account (free) • Obtain a Passport • Have transportation to navigate search area over the weekend • Locate geocaches • Log geocache as "Found" on Geocaching.com • Record each Key Word on the Passport • Submit the Passport to Richmond KY Parks & Rec Dept. • Receive a locally artisan crafted souvenir (made by DK1312) This event is FREE and open to anyone interested in Geocaching. Tickets are only limited because of the FREE custom event t-shirts to those who Pre-register AND Attend in person. There's no limit to the number of people who can attend the event or participate in Geocaching. This event is fun for the whole family.
