Sound Healing & Art of Journaling Experience

Reset your mind. Relax your body. Reconnect with self through Journaling. Join us for a deeply restorative sound healing session designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and release tension held in the body. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, ocean drum and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to a place of balance and inner peace as we incorporate the art of journaling. Journaling allows us to deepen our experience through guided prompts designed to touch base with our inner thoughts and consciousness. Writing from this depth provides clarity, direction and taps into our creativity on an expansive level. Please bring additional comforts of a yoga mat, blanket/pillows if desired, water and journal. (journals available for purchase at event) Street metered parking. Refunds/Credits up to 7 days prior to event only.
