Connecting with Our Ancestors: A Cacao and Ceremonial Solstice Journey

Immerse with ceremonial cacao, breath work, intentional movement, energy and sound to experience connection and community. Rooted in the cultural traditions surrounding cacao, this ceremony invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, open your heart and make space for reflection. Connecting with ancestral traditions, we'll explore the threads that connect us—to the body, to the natural world, to those who came before us, and to the stories we carry. You'll be invited to soften the noise of everyday life and tune into the shifts of the upcoming season. Somatic practices, conscious movement through kriyas (yogic poses), energy activation and ceremony, allow us to tune into the wisdom passed through generations. Through sharing and offerings, we’ll explore gratitude to the people and experiences that have shaped us, as we move into the new year. A chance to release and make space for growth. What to Expect: • Ceremonial calling-in • Guided cacao blessing • Intention setting • Conscious breathwork • Somatic movement and kriyas (breath focused yogic poses) • Subtle energy work and somatic support (kundalini reiki and kundalini activation) • Sound bath and vibrational healing • Integration space and closing grounding ritual Bring a yoga mat, journal, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy. Wear comfortable clothing for breathwork and rest. Meet Your Facilitators Chidimma is a certified sound practitioner, yoga instructor, breath coach and energy healer.
