Designed for Black women, this retreat combines structured movement, mindfulness, and healthy nutrition to support holistic well-being. The ReSet is an in-person wellness retreat for Black women. A space for rest and healing Designed as a dedicated, culturally affirming sanctuary, the retreat offers space for deep rest, emotional release, and holistic healing away from systemic pressures, code-switching, and constant caregiving. You’ve taken care of the family, carried the weight at work, showed up for your community, and quietly managed the holiday hustle. You have been strong for everyone else. But who is holding space for you? On Monday, December 28th, just days before the New Year begins, we invite you to step into The Soft Life. Located in a beautiful, serene space just 4 blocks from the Santa Monica beach, this intimate, one-day retreat is designed for only 20 women who are ready to release the pressure to be strong, productive, and responsible for the world. We can't wait to spoil you with some special retreat gifts! Space is limited. This is not a self-improvement workshop. You do not need to be fixed, and you do not have to perform. This is a sanctuary of radical permission where you are allowed to be soft, quiet, and completely taken care of. What’s Included in Your ReSet: • Beachside Grounding & Release: A gentle, ocean-breeze session to let go of the heavy energy of 2026 at sunset. • Somatic Rest & Sound Healing: Slow, intuitive movement and restorative sound frequencies to melt trapped stress out of the body. • Guided Reflection & Wellness Discussions: Incredible lineup of wellness professionals. A safe container to journal, exhale, and set intentions for a softer, more peaceful year ahead. • Nourishing Food & Refreshments: Completely included. A beautiful, wholesome lunch, morning pastries, and grounding herbal teas will be served during the retreat. • The "Nothing" Hour: Dedicated, unscripted time to just be. Lay on your blanket, read a book, stare at the ocean, or take a nap. No networking, no small talk required.
