Thoughts arise and disappear. Emotions change. The body changes. Even our ideas about who we are continually change. And yet, there is awareness. Through yogic practice, meditation, mantra, and guided contemplation, we’ll explore the witnessing quality of consciousness—learning to observe sensation, thought, and emotion without becoming completely identified with what arises. The practice is not an escape from experience. It is an invitation to discover greater freedom within it. 👁️ Rest as the awareness in which experience comes and goes. ✨ All levels welcome.
