Through mantra, breath, meditation, sacred sound, and deep listening, we’ll explore sound not simply as music, but as a vehicle for gathering attention and entering stillness. Drawing upon Taj’s background as a musician and practitioner of sacred sound, this gathering will move between vibration and silence, listening outwardly and listening within. 🎶 An evening of Nād, mantra, meditation, and deep listening. ✨ All levels welcome.
