A cookie sandwich where the cookies are super tender and almost like cake. Fillings traditionally vary from marshmallow-ish to buttercream. In this hands-on class, you will: • learn how to mix a batter-based cookie by hand • whip up a simple yet delicious cinnamon-brown sugar buttercream spread • dive into how the ingredients work • discover troubleshooting tips for baking with pumpkin, no matter your recipe • have fun with other home bakers • take home lots of tasty treats you made yourself!
