Sips & Systems: Busy Season Edition

Photographers, this one’s for you! A monthly gathering to connect in person and work ON our businesses together. Sips & Systems: Busy Season Edition Busy season has a funny way of exposing all the things in your business that seemed “fine” when things were quiet. Maybe you’re constantly chasing clients for information. Maybe you can never remember where a project stands. Maybe you’re answering the same questions over and over. Or maybe you’re realizing that the way you’ve always done things just isn’t working anymore. That’s what Sips & Systems is for. This month, we’re focusing on Busy Season—the workflows, processes, and business headaches that start to crack when your calendar fills up. This isn't a workshop. There’s no presentation or long list of things you should be doing in your business. Instead, bring the thing that’s driving you crazy. We’ll talk it out, work on it together, and help you figure out what to do next. Think coffee + coworking + problem-solving, with a little COO brainpower in the room. Hi, I'm Julia 👋 I’m the founder of The Photographer’s COO, where I help photographers make their businesses easier to run. I’ve spent 15+ years as a photographer, and I’ve seen the same thing happen over and over: you start a photography business because you love to create, and suddenly you’re also the business owner—tracking invoices, managing projects, answering client questions, building systems, and running a freaking business. Those “business things” are what I love. Sips & Systems is a chance to step out of the day-to-day for a minute, connect with other photographers who get it, and find solutions to the things that are taking up too much time, energy, or brain space.
