Pumpkin Spiced Pilates - A Fall Wellness Event - Downtown Nashville

Don't fall into bad habits this Autumn! Join us for our Pumpkin Spiced Pilates event on our 3rd floor. Join us on Sunday, October 18th from 11am-1pm in our 3rd floor event space for a wellness event to kick off your fall. This event will start with a 45-minute mat pilates class led by Brokerage Pilates at 11am, followed by a 15 minute breathwork class led by Heart Of Wisdom Yoga. After class, hang around for a complimentary free facial spray tan from Let's Glow Nashville, and a pop up from Benditta Jewels & 626 Coffee Club! Included with your $45 ticket, you will receive a goody bag worth over $200 with items from Acme, Chocxo, Goodonya Organic Hydration, an Alani Nu Witches Brew can, Brokerage Pilates and Next Health! A limited amount of mats will be available to borrow. Please bring your own mat if you can!
