Hope in Harmony: A Community Sound Bath for Suicide Awareness Hope grows when we hold space for one another. Join us for Hope in Harmony, a special community sound bath held in honor of Suicide Awareness Month this September. This evening is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and come together in a supportive, welcoming space for sound, connection, rest, and reflection. Through the experience of a guided sound bath, we’ll create space to pause, breathe, listen, and reconnect with ourselves and with the people around us. 🤎 Giving Back This gathering is also an opportunity to support an important cause. 50% of every ticket sale will be donated to Crisis Text Line, supporting their mission to provide free, 24/7 crisis support and ensuring that people experiencing difficult moments have somewhere to turn. Your attendance helps create a moment of connection in this room while also extending that support beyond it. ✨ What to Expect You’ll be invited to get comfortable, settle in, and allow the sounds and vibrations of the instruments to guide you into a deeply restful experience. No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is necessary. Simply come as you are. You may wish to bring: • A yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on • A blanket or pillow for added comfort • Water • An open mind and willingness to slow down 🌙 Come Together There is strength in knowing we're not alone.
