Every Friday at sunrise, Hikes for Healing is designed to create an intentional disruption to daily stress. This is a slow-paced, somatic hiking and yoga journey designed to return you to your inherent nature. Led by yoga therapists, our goal is to transform public trails into open-air sanctuaries. This immersive session integrates gentle trail walking, conscious breathwork, and mindful intentions to calm an overactive nervous system and bring harmony to your physical and emotional body. What to Bring: • Comfortable, weather-appropriate layers (mornings can be chilly). • Sturdy walking shoes or hiking boots. • Water / Snack • An open mind ready for quiet transformation. • Essential oils to deter bugs • Cloth /Towel if desired
