Together, we'll move through a 50-minute mat BARRE class with instructor Quetzal, where movement becomes a ritual for reconnecting with yourself and those around you. Afterwards, stay for breakfast and coffee. Some of the best mornings begin with movement and continue around the table. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your good vibes. We'll take care of the rest. Mats will be provided. Breakfast at MADE Breakfast is available for purchase.
