The End-of-Summer Reset is more than a workout. It’s a thoughtfully curated wellness and social experience in Central Park, combining mindful movement, meditation, beautiful food, and meaningful connection. What to expect • A gentle grounding practice led by Auri Martinez• Beginner-friendly mat Pilates with Elizaveta Verbovaya• A closing meditation to help you integrate and reset• Fresh fruit, healthy bites, and refreshments curated by Radice• Time to connect, take pictures, and enjoy a beautiful morning together Schedule 11:00 AM — Welcome and grounding11:15 AM — Pilates12:00 PM — Closing meditation12:15 PM — Radice social gathering1:00 PM — Experience concludes What to bring • Your own Pilates or yoga mat• Comfortable clothing• Water• An open heart and readiness to enjoy the moment No previous Pilates or meditation experience is required. All levels are welcome. About Radice Radice is a newly launched, women-led NYC event and experience brand born from our shared love of hospitality, beautiful gatherings, thoughtful food, and bringing people together. For our first community wellness experience, we’re combining two worlds we deeply love: wellness and meaningful social connection. Our intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, grounded, energized, and connected. Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and intentional.
