Circle of Healing Music with Marcia

Join us for a gentle, joyful gathering where music becomes medicine. We’ll sit together in a circle, connect a phone to a speaker, and invite each person to share a song — a favorite of the week, a lifetime anthem, or simply something that’s speaking to them right now. We’ll play about three minutes of each track, giving everyone space to listen, move, dance, or simply feel the music in their bodies. After each song, we’ll take a moment to reflect on how it touched us — the emotions it stirred, the memories it awakened, the shifts it created in our mood or energy. Then we pass the speaker to the next person and continue the journey. We’ll have snacks, beverages, and a short stretch break halfway through. It’s a simple ritual, but a powerful one: a circle where music opens us, connects us, and reminds us of our shared humanity.
