Come as you are – nothing needed but you, your body, and your breath. Mayssa Chehata is a breathwork facilitator, writer, and speaker. She also hosts the ROCK BOTTOM podcast and is the founder of BEHAVE Candy. She is interested in uncovering our own inner wisdom, tools and guidance in order to unlock more peace and freedom in our lives. She facilitates this through energy work accessed through breath, sound and music.
