Somartica

🤸🏽‍♀️ YOU DESERVE TO PLAY. :) Join us for Somartica -a joyful evening that blends creativity, connection, and embodiment to get you out of your head, into your body, and freaking playing again. Remember how it felt, as a kid, when you'd make for hours, just because? Or when you'd go to summer camp, and it was all, like, magic and fireflies? That's kinda what we're up to here.Just with more ... finger paint. 🖍️ THE EXPERIENCE 🖍️ No two Somarticas are exactly the same. That being said ... we do follow a cutie lil arc.🧘🏻‍♀️ WE GROUND: We arrive. We settle in. We meditate. And we nourish our sweet baby nervous systems.👩🏽‍🐰‍👩🏻 WE MOVE: We use somatic practices and intuitive movements to gently open our hearts and souls 👋🏼 WE CONNECT: We engage with other humans - or just our own beings, if we'd rather! 🎨 WE CREATE: Paint! Yarn! Googly eyes! There might even be a pillow fort or two! 🌀 WE CLOSE: We end with a nourishing closing circle so we can go back out into the world - refreshed. ✨ No experience necessary! ✨ Whether you're an experienced mover and maker or haven't touched a crayon since Pre-K - all are welcome here. 🌿 WHAT TO BRING? 🌿 Just your sweet self. Art supplies if you wanna, but we have heaps. Wear clothes you can move in. This is your invitation to let yourself come alive, bb.
