Soup & Sound

Sound Bath Meditation followed by Soup & Community Hang! Come for the sound, stay for the soup. 🍲 Join us at Fugue Gallery for an afternoon of slowing down, tuning in, and connecting with community! We’ll begin with a 1 hour and 15 minute sound meditation led by Maria Serrano (Chef & Sound Practitioner) and Lindsay Monal (Sound Practitioner). Settle into a cozy space, get comfortable, and let the sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes guide you into a state of rest and relaxation. All the props you need for the meditation will be provided, so just bring yourself! After our sound journey, we’ll gather around a warm bowl of soup to share a meal, meet new people, and enjoy the sweet magic of being together with good company. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or brand new to sound, come as you are. This is an invitation to take a pause from the hustle of everyday life, nourish yourself from the inside out, and spend an afternoon with likeminded people in a beautiful, creative, gallery space. Your ticket includes: • A guided sound meditation • All meditation props & yoga mats • Soup and time to connect with community We can’t wait to share our bowl(s) and a moment of stillness with you. 🥣
