Let's get together IRL in Long Beach... Slow down before the holiday rush. Gongs, crystal bowls, handpan & didgeridoo layer together into tones that help the body relax & the mind settle. As we head into Thanksgiving week, you’ll be guided through simple deep listening practices with space to notice what you’re grateful for. Nothing to do & nothing to get right. Just lie back & let the sound do the work. Open to everyone, no experience needed. 📍 The Maya - Long Beach 700 Queensway Dr, Long Beach, CA 90802 ⏰ 5:45 PM - 7:00 PM PT Come for a tea and a mingle from 5:45 PM - 6:00 PM PT. Session starts at 6:00 PM. You are sure to get your dose of calm and feel charged up for the week ahead. No prior experience? No problem! Our sessions are perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. We welcome everyone who is curious about enhancing their well-being and connecting with like-minded individuals. Come mingle, meditate, explore, feel and start your week on a positive note. We look forward to seeing you there.
