Fall Sound Bath: Reset Before the Holiday Rush ✨ Something powerful happens when ancient healing frequencies meet the calm energy of Fall. Your nervous system gets the deep reset it's been craving.⚡ Your mind finally stops spinning. And for approximately 60 minutes, you remember what it feels like to be truly relaxed again. (Because here's the truth... whether you're trying to get ahead of the holiday stress or simply need a break from the chaos... this kind of restoration changes everything.) Terry Ann, founder of The Art of Sound Healing and certified Sound Healer, is bringing this Fall sound bath experience to Steez Jiu Jitsu Club in Tustin. Limited to just 30 people, this intimate experience is perfect for: • Anyone ready to hit the reset button before the holiday madness begins • Those needing deep relaxation without the overwhelm • Friends wanting to share something meaningful together • Solo seekers craving clarity and calm What makes this different from typical meditation or spa treatments? This is a complete nervous system reset using ancient healing frequencies. For approximately 45 minutes, you'll be immersed in healing vibrations from: • Planetary gongs • Crystal singing bowls • Tibetan bowls • Other sacred instruments ✨ But first, Terry guides you through gentle breathwork and meditation... Getting you into that perfect state of receptivity... Where the real transformation happens. As one recent participant shared: "I slept amazing!!!! That was an incredible experience... I left there feeling so relaxed. You should try one - you'll definitely realize this is what Terry is meant to do." The frequencies do the work for you. You just lay back, get comfortable, and let the sounds wash away what's ready to be released. Why This Fall Timing Matters Fall naturally invites us to slow down. To release what we've been carrying.
