The experience then flows into an immersive sound journey - a modern take on the traditional sound bath, blending crystal bowls and sacred instruments with DJ-led electronic soundscapes, ambient textures, and live vocal elements. Together, these layers create a rich, expansive environment for deep rest and inner exploration. Guests are invited to relax, get comfortable, and receive at their own pace. No prior experience is needed. About the Ajna Light 💡 Ajna Light Therapy uses pulsed light frequencies to support deep meditative states and expanded awareness — offered in a safe, non-invasive group setting. Many find the experience deeply calming and centering.
