An evening of nourishment for body, mind, and soul - gentle stretch, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath on the beach at sunset LAST BEACH SOUND BATH OF THE YEAR! Head straight out on the sand from Island Ave. The address is only listed to help you find the location - this is hosted out on the beach. All are welcome - avoid fees by sending $22 via Venmo to @ yogalexa (Zelle and cash also accepted) Enjoy an evening of relaxation as we set intentions under the energy of the new moon - gentle stretch, guided meditation, a sound bath, and watching the sunset over the ocean. Let gratitude root you, peace wash over you, and your heart open to the quiet beauty of simply being. ***PARKING: Free street parking (after 6pm) on Balboa Blvd or in the Balboa Pier parking lot (5 min walk) ***WHAT TO WEAR: Dress warm!!! Socks recommended. The body temperate drops during a sound bath, especially by the water. (Feel free to wear a swimsuit under if you want to take an ocean dip after) ***WHAT TO BRING: Towel to lay on, an eye mask if you want to cover your eyes, and an optional small blanket and/or pillow for extra comfort ***COST: $22
