Reclaim Your Power. An immersive, in-person workshop exploring energetic attachments, emotional entanglement, and the invisible dynamics of power exchange. Not every connection deserves continued access to you. Some connections nourish us. Others leave us feeling exhausted, emotionally overwhelmed, distracted, or disconnected from ourselves. In the world of BDSM and power dynamics, we intentionally explore vulnerability, surrender, control, intimacy, and psychological intensity. But what happens when those dynamics follow us outside the scene? What happens when a former partner still occupies your thoughts? When a Dominant feels responsible for everyone else's emotional state? When a submissive struggles to reclaim their autonomy after surrendering? Or when an intense connection leaves you feeling depleted long after the interaction ends? It's time to examine what you're still carrying. THE EXPERIENCE This is not a lecture. This is an interactive exploration of the energetic, emotional, and psychological connections we create through intimacy, relationships, and power exchange. Through guided reflection, partner exercises, intentional movement, visualization, and ritual, we will explore the concept of energetic cords and practice consciously releasing attachments that no longer serve us. ⛓️ PART I — IDENTIFY THE CORDS Where is your energy going? We begin by examining the relationships, experiences, and power dynamics that continue to demand our attention. You will explore: • Emotional attachments to former partners, Dominants, or submissives. • Unresolved experiences and lingering emotional triggers. • The difference between healthy devotion and unhealthy dependency. • How guilt, obligation, fear, and attachment can drain your attention and energy. • The difference between consensual surrender and losing your sense of self. Interactive exercise: The Cord Mapping Experience Participants will create a visual representation of their perceived energetic attachments, identifying which connections feel nourishing, draining, unresolved, or difficult to release. 🔥 PART II — CONFRONT THE ATTACHMENT What are you afraid to let go of? Sometimes we maintain connections long after they stop serving us. Why? Because attachment isn't always about love. Sometimes it's about validation, control, identity, fear of abandonment, or the comfort of familiar patterns. Through guided self-inquiry and optional partner reflection, participants will explore the beliefs and emotional needs keeping these connections alive. The question isn't simply who is draining you. It's why you continue giving that connection your energy. ✂️ PART III — THE CORD-CUTTING RITUAL Release what no longer belongs to you. Now we move from awareness into intentional release. Participants will be guided through a symbolic cord-cutting ceremony incorporating: • Grounding breathwork and body awareness. • Visualization of emotional and energetic attachments. • Intentional movement to release physical tension. • A symbolic cord-cutting ritual. • Reiki-inspired energy cleansing and grounding. • Affirmations for reclaiming personal autonomy. This ritual is designed to help participants establish an intentional psychological and spiritual boundary with connections they are ready to release. You do not need another person's permission to change your relationship with an attachment. 🖤 PART IV — RECLAIM YOUR POWER Your energy. Your boundaries. Your choice. Releasing an attachment is only the beginning. We conclude by exploring how to establish healthier boundaries before, during, and after intimate encounters and power-exchange scenes. Participants will practice grounding, intentional self-check-ins, and personal energy hygiene techniques to support a stronger sense of autonomy. The goal isn't to stop connecting deeply. It's to learn how to connect without abandoning yourself. WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
