Connect a lot. Join Changing Phases International for a cozy November edition of In the Becoming™ Walks—a relaxed, co-ed morning centered around movement, reflection, good food, and community. This month, you get to choose how you want to experience the walk. Come enjoy the morning completely FREE, or reserve our $10 Walk & ’Cuterie Experience for a little something extra. Either way, you are part of the experience. If the weather is beautiful, we’ll enjoy some fresh fall air. If you’d rather stay inside or November gives us rain, we’ve got you covered. Walk at your own pace. Talk if you want to. Be quiet if you want to. Come alone or bring somebody with you. There is no pressure to experience the morning any particular way.
