Let's be real. Being human is a beautiful, messy, sometimes ridiculous experience. We overthink. We make mistakes. We replay conversations from three years ago. We give everyone else the benefit of the doubt while holding ourselves to some impossible standard of having our shit together. Sound familiar? Here's a thought: What if we gave ourselves a little of the grace we so freely hand out to everyone else? This November, we're gathering to celebrate the perfectly imperfect art of being human. The mistakes, the growth, the unexpected plot twists, the belly laughs, and all those little moments that remind us how damn good it feels to be alive. We'll explore what it means to loosen our grip on perfection, forgive ourselves for what we didn't know then, and make a little more room for joy right now. Through gentle somatic practices, honest conversations, meaningful connection, reflection, and a little playful magic, we'll move through an evening of noticing, softening and celebrating. Not fixing ourselves. Not becoming better versions of ourselves. Just remembering that maybe, just maybe, we're already worthy of love, laughter and a whole lot of grace exactly as we are. And because it's November, we'll bring a little gratitude into the mix. Not the forced everything happens for a reason kind. The real stuff. The tiny delights. The unexpected beauty. The moments we almost miss because we're too busy thinking about what's next. Because life doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful. And neither do we.
