Join us for a soulful Kirtan session with Emily Rossell and Dustin Adams, live and in person! Join us for an evening of Kirtan — the ancient practice of call-and-response chanting — with Emily Rossell at Qwantify Wellness. Kirtan is a heart-opening, communal experience where sound becomes a doorway into presence. No musical experience or "good voice" required — just an open heart and a willingness to let your voice join the circle. Through simple, repeated mantras set to music, we drop out of our heads and into a shared rhythm of breath, sound, and connection. Emily will guide us through this practice with warmth and devotion, creating a space where you can release, restore, and reconnect — with yourself and with each other. Whether you're a longtime chanter or trying Kirtan for the first time, all are welcome. Come as you are. What to expect: • An evening of live chanting and music • A welcoming, judgment-free space • Time to settle in, connect, and simply be Bring: A meditation cushion/pillow, a water bottle, an open heart, an open mind, and maybe a friend.
